Yelken Plaza

Construction began in 2010 on an 8,108 sqm plot and was delivered in 2013. With 45,000 sqm of enclosed space, the project includes 69 offices and 22 high-street stores. The stores have been retained by the company and leased to select brands, while office sales have been completed.
