Usta Grup has started sales in Fikirtepe. The project, to be built under the name 1071 Kadıköy, consists of a total of 3 blocks.

The 1071 Kadıköy project, comprising 560 residences, will also include a total of 31 commercial units; the apartments in the project are designed as 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 layouts.

Prices for the residences in the 1071 Kadıköy project start from 400,000 TL, with per-square-meter prices starting from 6,000 TL.
